§ 93.01 BURNING LEAVES, TIMBER, TRASH AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   The burning of leaves within the corporate limits of the town is prohibited.
   (B)   The burning of brush, limbs, cut timber, trash or debris on any public right-of-way or facility, including any street, sidewalk, gutter, alleyway, park or any other property owned by the town, is prohibited.
   (C)   The burning of brush, limbs, cut timber, trash or debris within 100 feet of any structure within the corporate limits of the town is prohibited unless such burning takes place within a confined enclosure which is designed and adequate to prevent the escape of fire. The unattended burning of any brush, limbs, cut timber, trash or debris within the corporate limits of the town is prohibited.
   (D)   The burning of any brush, limbs, cut timber, trash or debris after dark within the corporate limits of the town is prohibited.
