§ 90.26 INTERFERENCE WITH AUTHORITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or molest an employee of the town, County Animal Control or any other person duly authorized by this subchapter while in the performance of duty. It shall also be unlawful for any person to seek release, attempt to release or to release any animal in the custody of the town or County Animal Control, except as otherwise specifically provided in this subchapter. The town or animal control officer may initiate the issuance of a criminal warrant for any person violating this subchapter.
