§ 90.25 BIRD SANCTUARY.
   (A)   The entire area within the corporate limits of the town is designated as a bird sanctuary.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to trap, hunt, shoot or attempt to molest in any manner any bird or wild fowl or its or their nests.
