§ 90.24 PROHIBITED ANIMALS.
   (A)   ANIMALS shall be defined, as referenced in this section, as any organisms of the animal kingdom, except human beings.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep non-domestic animals within the town. Non-domestic animals shall include, but not be limited to, the following: pigs; hogs; sheep; cattle; goats; mules; horses; or other livestock.
