The restrictions include allowance for no more than 7-, 8-foot-wide, 15-feet long, diagonal parking spaces in front of the commercial block. The first parking space shall be placed no closer than 15 feet from the south corner of the intersection of Sumpter and Roosevelt Streets. The last parking space shall be placed no closer than 10 feet from the southern end of the commercial block. One of the parking spaces shall be designated for handicap parking only
