§ 71.18 APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   (A)   In all cases, the town’s Police Chief and/or the Town Manager, and/or their designees, must approve the use of carts on streets in the town.
   (B)   The above fees and requirements may be waived for a temporary time frame (up to five days) by the Town Police Chief and/or the Town Manager for events being held within the town.
   (C)   The Town Police Department’s interpretation of the above rules and regulations are final.
