§ 71.17 PERMIT STICKERS; REGISTRATION FORM.
   (A)   All carts operated on the streets must have a valid permit sticker from the town’s Police Department. A yearly fee of $10 per cart will be charged by the town’s Police Department for this permit sticker and to cover the costs of implementing and maintaining this subchapter. The town’s Police Chief retains the right to refuse to issue and/or revoke any permit sticker from any cart at any time for any reason that he or she feels is appropriate to ensure the safety and well-being of the citizens of the town.
   (B)   Golf cart owners must complete a registration form. The completed forms will be maintained by the town’s Police Department. The town’s Police Department will issue visible proof of compliance that must be attached to driver’s side of the cart.
