§ 154.073 INFRASTRUCTURE STANDARDS.
   (A)   Standards for street design. Public and/or private streets shall be designed in accordance with this chapter.
   (B)   Standards for utilities. Standards for the design and installation of public utilities shall be in accordance with §§ 154.085 through 154.089 of this chapter.
