§ 154.006 RECORDATION OF UNAPPROVED PLAT PROHIBITED.
   The Register of Deeds shall not file or record any subdivision plat required by this chapter until such plat shall have been approved, and such approval evidenced thereon, in accordance with the regulations set forth in this chapter.
