(A) (1) The Planning and Zoning Board is vested with the authority to review and make recommendations to the Town Council on preliminary plats.
(2) The Town Council is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve and disapprove applications for preliminary plats.
(B) The Administrator is vested with the authority to review and approve sketch plats and to approve, conditionally approve and disapprove applications for conveyance plats (minor subdivisions).
(C) (1) The Director of Public Works or his or her designee is vested with the authority to review and approve construction plans, subdivision improvement agreements and maintenance bonds.
(2) The Director of Public Works or his or her designee is also granted the authority to inspect and accept or deny all improvements as required by this section.
(D) The Town Council is vested with the authority to accept all public dedications including, but not limited to, rights-of-way, easements, park facilities and open space.
