A swimming pool and any accessory building which houses pumping and filtering equipment shall be considered as an accessory structure and such structure shall comply with all requirements of Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances; provided, however, that, no swimming pool or swimming pool accessory structure shall be located nearer than ten feet to the side or rear lot lines or to any house, building or residence.
