§ 34.104 COLLUSION OR ANTI-COMPETITIVE PRACTICES.
   When collusion or other anti-competitive practices are suspected among other bidders or offerors, an immediate notice of the relevant facts shall be transmitted in writing to the Town’s Attorney via the Mayor and the Bids and Purchases Committee.
