It shall be the responsibility of all offerors to provide adequate means whereby their proposal, whether mailed or hand carried, shall be received by the town no later than the day and time as stated in the invitation. However, the Bids and Purchases Committee reserves the right to receive and consider any late proposal is justified and in the best interest of the town.
