§ 34.083 PROPOSAL OPENING.
   Proposals shall be opened publicly in the presence of one or more witnesses at the time and place designated in the invitation for proposals. Only the names of the offerors shall be read aloud and recorded. Only the tabulation of offers shall be open to public inspection prior to award. Contents of successful offeror’s proposal upon written request shall be made available for inspection. Information considered confidential shall not be disclosed.
