§ 34.062 RECEIPT AND SAFEGUARDING OF BIDS.
   All bids received prior to the opening shall be kept secure and unopened. All bids, hand delivered, shall be initialed indicating date and time received into the Town Clerk’s office. Any bids not properly identified and opened in error by the town shall be resealed immediately and initialed by the Town Clerk.
