§ 34.044 PROCUREMENT WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING.
   (A)   The State Purchasing Office writes numerous indefinite delivery type contracts yearly with manufacturers of nationwide items of a specific nature.
   (B)   In all cases, the town procurement of equipment, goods or services may be made from such suppliers, which are the subject of contracts with the state without seeking competitive bids.
