§ 34.017 GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Bids and Purchases Committee as appointed by the Mayor shall act as the principal public procurement governing authority of the town.
   (B)   The Bids and Purchases Committee shall consist of three persons with one of the three persons being a member of the Town Council.
