(A) Minimum number of spaces. Off-street stacking spaces shall be provided as follows.

(B) Parking area design and layout. Required stacking spaces are subject to the following design and layout standards.
(C) Size. Stacking spaces must be a minimum of 8 x 20 feet in size.
(D) Location. Stacking spaces may not impede on- or off-site traffic movements or movements into or out of off-street parking spaces.
(E) Design. Stacking spaces must be separated from other internal driveways by raised medians if deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works for traffic movement and safety.
