§ 153.176 LIMITATION OF ONE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PER LOT.
   (A)   Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, no principal detached residential or mixed structure will be located on the same zoning lot with any other principal structure.
   (B)   Where garage apartments are permitted, only one apartment will be permitted on any zoning lot.
