§ 153.174 SUBSTANDARD APPROVED LOTS OF RECORD.
   Substandard approved lots of record will not be subject to the minimum lot area and width requirements provided they comply with setback, bulk and outdoor living space requirements and did not abut a lot in the same ownership at the adoption of this chapter.
