§ 30.091 TOWN ATTORNEY.
   The Town Attorney shall be appointed by the Town Council for a term of one year. The Town Attorney shall be admitted to practice law in the state and shall be a member of the State Bar of South Carolina in good standing. The Town Attorney shall be legal counsel to the town and shall perform such other duties as required by law or ordinance.
