§ 30.054 MOTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS GENERALLY.
   Every motion or resolution, when offered and seconded, shall be subjected to the decision of the presiding officer, and but one at a time shall be offered for the consideration of the Town Council and shall be decided unless withdrawn by the mover.
