§ 30.043 PRESIDING OFFICER; CLERK; PARLIAMENTARIAN.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to take the chair as presiding officer of all meetings of Town Council. In the absence of the Mayor, the Mayor Pro Tempore shall preside. In the absence of Mayor Pro Tempore, the first standing committee on the order listed in §§ 30.075 and 30.075 shall preside.
   (B)   The Clerk of the town shall serve as Clerk of Council.
   (C)   The Town Attorney shall act as parliamentarian.
