(A) The annual salaries of the Mayor and Council members shall be as fixed from time to time by ordinance.
(B) No ordinance changing these salaries shall become effective until the date of commencement of the terms of three or more Council members elected at the next general election following any change, at which time it will become effective for all members, whether or not they were elected in such election.
(C) The Mayor and Council members may receive reimbursement for actual expenses incurred and documented in the performance of their official duties.
