(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.19 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days. Each day which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
