The following international codes for the regulation of construction, as modified and adopted by reference and declared to be as fully as part of this subchapter as if set forth herein:
(A) The International Building Code, CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code and Standard Housing Code, as amended under Charleston County Ordinance No. 394, as amended;
(B) The National Electric Code, as amended and adopted under Charleston County Ordinance No. 395, as amended; and
(C) The International Plumbing Code, International Fuel Gas Code and International Mechanical Code, as amended and adopted under Charleston County Ordinance No. 496, as amended.
