(A) The form of government for the town is Council. The governing body will consist of a Mayor and six Council members. The Mayor and three Council members will be elected in the same general election and the remaining three Council members will be elected two years later at a general election. The term of office for the Mayor and Council members shall be four years. Elections shall be nonpartisan and at-large.
(B) On August 18, 1992, the voters approved the incorporation of the town.
