§ 91.15 FILING COMPLAINT; INSPECTIONS.
   The Town Clerk shall promptly notify the Chief of Police, Health Officer or Building Inspector of all complaints of a public nuisance who shall inspect or cause to be inspected the premises and make a written report of his or her findings to the Mayor. Whenever practical, the inspecting officer shall cause photographs to be made of the premises and shall retain the same in his or her office.
