In addition to proceeding under the authority of this section, the town is entitled to pursue all other remedies at law or in equity to which it is entitled. No provision of this subchapter, however, shall result in a forced sale of real property for nonpayment of fees, but any liens resulting from nonpayment under this chapter shall be satisfied at either the sale or refinancing of the subject property.
