(A) Upon satisfactory negotiations having been completed and accepted by the Bids and Purchases Committee or by town staff in the case of informal bids, a contract may enter into with the successful offeror.
(B) The contract document shall be of type deemed most appropriate and all factors considered in the town’s best interest.
