1051.02   APPLICABILITY.
   (a)   This regulation shall apply to all zoning districts in the City as defined in the most recent version of the Zoning Resolution.
   (b)   This regulation shall apply to all lands that are within the jurisdiction of the City and that border designated watercourses as defined in this regulation.
