All departments within the City, when in the performance of governmental functions in furtherance of a public purpose, shall be exempt from payment of any Municipal fees. The Administration may, at its discretion, grant such an exemption from the payment of Municipal fees to governmental entities other than the City under the same or similar circumstances.

(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to establish a policy permitting the use of credit/debit cards, in person or through the city’s internet website, for the payment of certain obligations due the city and to execute any and all agreements required to implement this policy.
(b) Credit card policy adopted.
(1) The credit card policy for the City, as attached to Ordinance No. 3-19 as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
(2) The Finance Director is instructed to maintain custody of said policy and to distribute copies of the same to each City employee authorized to use City credit cards.
