The plans and diagram prepared by Michael P. Auer for numbering all of the streets, buildings and structures in the City, according to a numbering system now on file with the Building Inspector, is hereby approved, confirmed and made a part of the permanent records of the City. The numbering system and plans shall be considered a part of this chapter the same as if fully copied herein.
