1464.33 APPEALS.

   (a)   The Avon Board of Zoning and Building Appeals (BZA) is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the Charter of the City of Avon and the City Code.

   (b)   Records of the BZA shall be kept and filed at 36080 Chester Road Avon, Ohio 44011.

1464.34 POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD.

   (a)   The BZA shall hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Floodplain Administrator in the administration or enforcement of these regulations.

   (b)   The BZA shall follow the procedures set forth in ACO Chapter 1232 except that the Floodplain Administrator replaces the Zoning Enforcement Officer as the Administrative Officer.
