816.01 BILLIARD PARLOR DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "billiard parlor" means any public place, social club, service club or fraternal organization where the game of billiards is played by members of the public. The term "billiard parlor" shall include operations commonly referred to as "billiard hall," "billiard room," "pool hall" and "pool room."
