Each full-time employee shall be entitled to and will receive longevity pay under the following schedule:

Longevity pay shall be computed only on years of full-time service with the City.

Any employee who is employed in the Division of Water and Sanitary Sewers, who has a Class I, II or III license from the Ohio Department of Health for water filtration or distribution or for wastewater treatment, shall receive and be entitled to fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour per license. A copy of the license must be submitted to the Director of Finance. Department heads and directors are excluded.

(a) The City hereby pledges its efforts to ensure that all applicable objectives and goals established under civil rights laws are implemented in the City's Affirmative Action Plan.
(b) The City will appoint an Equal Opportunity Officer, who, with the cooperation of administrative officials, shall have the overall responsibility to implement and achieve policies, procedures, goals and requirements of the City's Affirmative Action Plan.
(c) The City hereby accepts as its Affirmative Action Plan the provisions set forth in Exhibit A attached to original Ordinance 40-84, passed May 31, 1984.
(d) The Mayor and the President of Council are hereby authorized to execute any documents necessary to carry out the intent of this section.
