EDITOR'S NOTE: Article V, Section 4, of the City Charter provides that the Director of Public Safety shall be the head of the Division of Health if such a Division is established by Council. At the time of the preparation of these Codified Ordinances, Council had not established such a Division. Health and welfare services are provided by the County pursuant to contract. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 250. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
