236.01 ESTABLISHMENT; ADMINISTRATOR; DUTIES.
   (a)   There is hereby established in and for the City a Department of Taxation and the office of Administrator of such Department is hereby created. Such officer shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the concurrence of two-thirds of the membership of Council, and his or her duties shall be those outlined in Chapters 880 and 881, and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
   (b)   The Administrator is hereby authorized to hire a full-time Clerk for such Department and such part-time Assistant Clerks as are needed from time to time, which positions are established in Section 236.02.
