The official seal of the City shall be the seal presented by the Avon Chamber of Commerce to Council on April 28, 1965, as set forth below.

204.02 CITY FLAG.
The official flag of the City shall be the flag described by the Avon Chamber of Commerce to Council on April 28, 1965, consisting of the official seal of the City situated on a brown field.

204.03 CLERK AS CUSTODIAN OF SEAL AND FLAG.
The Clerk of Council shall be the custodian of the official seal and the official flag.
