§ 33.31 DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT FUND.
   A new non-reverting fund to be known as the Downtown Redevelopment Project ("Fund"), and which is to be given number 2350, is now established. The Fund shall receive monies transferred from the General Fund Attorney Wages Appropriation number 101002310 and any other donated funds received for the Downtown Redevelopment Project.
