(A) Use of the town Compost Site is strictly limited to residents of the town.
(B) Acceptable materials for disposal at the Compost Site are limited to grass, leaves, limbs, and brush. No other materials may be disposed at the Compost Site.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to place, leave, dump, or permit to accumulate any garbage or trash, including, but not limited to, bags, building materials, gravel, soil-and logs over 12 inches in diameter.
(D) The Compost Site does not provide tree or landscaping services.
(E) Access to the Compost Site is prohibited from dusk to dawn.
(F) Any composting operation that fails to comply with the requirements of this section is hereby in violation of this section. Each and every violation of a standard set forth in this section or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder is subject to a fine of $100.
(G) The Superintendent of Utilities is charged with the administration and enforcement of this section.
