§ 33.26 LIT PUBLIC SAFETY FUND.
   (A)   The town will be receiving the proceeds of the Public Safety Income Tax for use of public safety related expenditures for the town.
   (B)   The town needs to establish a non-reverting fund to receive and hold said tax revenues prior to their expenditures.
   (C)   Therefore it is ordained that there be established a new fund, Fund 249, known as the LIT Public Safety Fund.
