§ 33.24 LOIT SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FUND.
   (A)   The town has received a one time special distribution in accordance with Senate Enrolled Act 67, and said one time distribution has a portion thereof which is subject to certain restrictions.
   (B)   The Indiana State Board of Accounts has specified that cities and towns establish a fund designated as “Fund 257" titled “LOIT Special Distribution” to receipt and account for the restriction portion of the distribution.
   (C)   The Common Council of the town hereby establishes Fund 257 titled LOIT Special Distribution.
