Creation of the Community Crossings Matching Grant Fund.
(A) A new non-reverting fund to be known as the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund (“Fund”), and which is to be given number 266, is now established. The Fund shall receive monies from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant thru INDOT as well as local match funds transferred from the State of Indiana’s LOIT Special Distribution Fund earmarked for local road improvements.
(B) Two new non-reverting funds to be known as the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund 2017 (“Fund”), and which are to be given the numbers 267 for project one and two, and 268 for project 3, is now established. The Fund shall receive monies from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund thru INDOT as well as local match funds transferred from MVH, LRS and TIF.
