§ 153.66 SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

Upon the consideration of the factors listed in this subchapter, and the purposes of this chapter, the Town of Avilla Board of Zoning Appeals may attach such conditions to the granting of variances as it deems necessary to further the purposes of this chapter.
