Avilla shall not be considered in default in the performance of its obligations herein, or any of them, to the extent that performance is interrupted, delayed or prevented due to the following causes which are beyond the control of Avilla: Acts of God or the public enemy, government actions or interference, war, revolution, terrorism, civil commotion, blockade or embargo, fires, explosions, cyclones, floods, unavoidable casualties, quarantine, or any other cause considered a force majeure under Indiana law.
