These Rates, Rules & Regulations and all attached Exhibits and Appendices terminate and supersede any prior agreement, license or similar rates, rules or regulations between the parties hereto covered as of the date hereof, but such termination shall not reduce or eliminate the obligations of either party to make payment of any amounts due to the other party under any prior arrangement, between the parties, pertaining specifically to the Rates, Rules & Regulations.
