§ 33.06 POLICE DEPARTMENT FEES.

   (A)   The following schedule of fees is hereby established for the performance of certain services by the Avilla Police Department (the "Department").

      (1)   There shall be a fee of $5 for the performance of the following services by the Department:

         (a)   Criminal history report (local only);

         (b)   VIN check;

         (c)   Case report;

         (d)   Fingerprinting (except no fee will be charged involving child safety purposes).

      (2)   Concealed carry gun permits, schedule is as follows:

         (a)   Lifetime permit, no current license: $50;

         (b)    Lifetime permit with current license: $40;

         (c)   Four year permit: $10.

      (3)   All accident reports are done and acquired through BuyCrash.com, a private contractor.

      (4)   Pictures shall be $15 per CD.

   (B)   All services shall be provided only to such individuals or entities that are permitted pursuant to applicable laws or regulations and only after submitting any applicable request form or notice.

   (C)   The fee for any Department services in division (A) above shall be collected by the Clerk-Treasurer and when collected shall be deposited in the Department's Local Law Enforcement account and used for continuing education.
