The service connections, transformers, meters and appliances supplied by Avilla have a definite capacity which must not be exceeded, and no substantial increase of customer’s equipment or its electrical requirements will be permitted except upon written request to and consent by Avilla. Avilla reserves the right to disconnect service, upon 14-days’ written notice, to any customer upon violation of this rule.
