The Town Development Ordinance, enacted by the town as Ordinance 1275-90, passed 9-26-1990, and encompassing the zoning, subdivision and manufactured housing regulations of the town, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein. Two copies are on file in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection during regular office hours.
